February 15: Five Ingredients or Less!
Sorry this blog post is late! Thank you for attending our Five Ingredient theme night! It was so wonderful to see some new faces. :) Please take a moment to post your recipe here so attendees can come looking for their favorites of the evening.
I made Buffalo Chicken Dip. Just take 2 large cans of chicken, shred the meat. Soften 1 block of cream cheese. Mix cheese and meat with buffalo sauce (to taste). Bake at 450 degrees until bubbly. I served it with wheat thins tonight but chips work great too!
What did you make? What was your favorite of the night? I think mine was Kim's corn!!

ReplyDeleteStuffed Shells
Ingredients:
Ground Sausage
Onion
Green Pepper
Cream Chesse
Big Shells
How to:
start pot to boil shells, meanwhile...
cook ground sausage, drain set aside, Shells should be able to go into pot, cut up onion and pepper, sautee green pepper and onion, mix drained saugusage in with pepper and onion, but in 8 ounces of cream cheese and mix together until melted. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stuff shells with mixture and lay besie each other in big baking dish. Once dish is full you can pour on top marinara sauce and top with moterella chees. this really makes the meal, but pushes the 5 ingredients into 7 :(. Bake fo 12-15 minutes until all is hot and enjoy!!
